On the afternoon of September 21, 2024, Mr. Xu Yanping, Deputy Director of Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, together with Mr. Qian Jiang, Director of Investment Promotion Division I and other delegation members, made a special inspection visit to the construction site of Phase II Plant of New Thai Wheel Co., Ltd. in Thailand under Lizhong Group. Mr. Zang Liguo, Co-founder and Director of Lizhong Group, Mr. Zheng Jinsong, General Manager of New Thai Wheel Thailand and other senior management personnel warmly received the delegation.

Accompanied by Director Zang Liguo and General Manager Zheng Jinsong, Deputy Director Xu inspected the Phase II production line of New Thai Wheel Thailand in detail, learning about the construction progress, fund utilization and practical results of quality improvement and efficiency enhancement brought by the project. After the inspection, the two sides held a forum and conducted in-depth exchanges on project progress, capital efficiency and future development plans.

Deputy Director Xu fully affirmed the construction achievements of the Phase II production line. He pointed out that the project features rational capital allocation and schedule in line with expectations, greatly improves product quality, drives export of domestic equipment, and effectively upgrades the quality and efficiency of foreign trade and economic cooperation. He stated that Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce would continue to support Lizhong Group and provide more preferential policies and assistance.

Director Zang Liguo extended warm welcome to the visiting leaders and expressed sincere gratitude for long-term support from Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce. He noted that Lizhong Group would make full use of policy funds to boost corporate development. Drawing on successful experience of Phase I and Phase II projects of New Thai Wheel, the Group will lay a solid foundation for other overseas projects to expand production scale and enhance global market competitiveness.
