On the afternoon of October 9, 2025, Lizhong Sitong Light Alloy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lizhong Group" or the "Company") signed a "Strategic Robotics Cooperation Agreement" with Beijing Weijing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weijing Intelligence"). Leveraging their extensive experience and influence in their respective industries, both parties will initiate in-depth strategic cooperation focusing on business collaboration and equity investment.

Founded in 2016, Weijing Intelligence is a high-tech AI company specializing in the R&D, production, and application of 3D intelligent vision systems and intelligent humanoid robots. The company possesses a comprehensive solution for 3D intelligent cameras and a complete intelligent robot production line, forming a full industrial value chain that covers proprietary core algorithms, software, hardware, and industry-specific system solutions.

Under the agreement, Lizhong Group will utilize its technical strengths in high-end aluminum alloy material R&D, forging, die-casting, and CNC machining to provide high-performance aluminum and magnesium alloy materials and lightweight component manufacturing solutions for Weijing's humanoid robots. Furthermore, Lizhong Group will open up its standardized production bases and smart production lines to offer whole-machine assembly, supporting services, and diverse application scenario testing for Weijing's humanoid robots, thereby accelerating product technology upgrades and mass production implementation.

In return, Weijing Intelligence will center on its 3D vision sensing, recognition algorithms, and AI decision-making systems to create intelligent factory visual inspection solutions for Lizhong Group. Covering various industrial scenarios such as quality inspection, logistics handling, and safety protection, this collaboration will drive the transformation of Lizhong Group's production system towards "flexibility, unmanned operation, and intelligence," enhancing production efficiency and quality while reducing safety risks and labor costs.

Additionally, both parties plan to jointly establish the "Robot Manufacturing Lightweight Materials and Components R&D Laboratory." Focusing on new material R&D, automated production, and manufacturing process innovation, they aim to achieve deep industrial synergistic development through technology sharing and resource complementarity.

This strategic cooperation between Lizhong Group and Weijing Intelligence represents a deep integration of traditional manufacturing's "hard power" and intelligent technology's "soft wisdom."
