From December 3 to 4, 2025, in accordance with its annual safety and fire protection work plan, Xintai Wheel Company invited professional personnel from the local fire department to conduct fire safety training and emergency response drills for selected employees from Factory No. 1 and Factory No. 2. The objective of this training was to systematically enhance employees' ability to identify fire hazards, master skills for extinguishing incipient fires, and improve the efficiency of emergency evacuation organization, thereby further strengthening the company's fire safety system.

The training covered the entire chain of fire prevention and emergency response. Key topics included identifying common ignition sources (such as electricity, liquefied gas, and chemicals), the applicable scenarios and operating methods for various types of fire extinguishers, key points for fighting fires of different natures, correct alarm procedures, and on-site casualty rescue techniques (including single- and double-person manual carries and the use of stretchers). Following the theoretical instruction, all participants completed a full-process practical drill under the guidance of firefighters. This drill simulated a fire scenario, covering everything from initial extinguishing and alarm reporting to orderly evacuation and personnel rescue.

This training and drill session served as a critical step in deepening the company's production safety defense line and extending fire safety responsibilities to the grassroots level. Through the "theory plus practice" intensive training, the initiative effectively bolstered employees' fire prevention awareness and collaborative emergency response capabilities, laying a solid foundation for maintaining a safe and stable production environment and safeguarding the lives of employees and the property of the enterprise.
