On November 21 and December 9, 2025, Xintai Wheel Company organized specialized first aid training sessions for its Chinese employees stationed in Thailand. Recognizing that these employees reside centrally in company dormitories—located far from local hospitals and presenting potential language barriers—the training aimed to systematically enhance their capacity to respond to sudden health emergencies, thereby strengthening mutual and self-rescue capabilities in an overseas environment.

The curriculum focused on on-site management of common acute illnesses and accidental injuries. By combining video lectures, scenario simulations, and hands-on drills, the program empowered employees to master preliminary first aid skills specifically for situations where language barriers exist and medical resources are not readily accessible, further fortifying the health and safety defense line for overseas staff.
