The 15th Training Summary Meeting of the Second Phase of the Middle Management Enhancement Program at Lizhong Group Knowledge Academy Concludes Successfully To continuously strengthen the comprehensive management qualities of middle-level cadres and hone their efficient execution capabilities, the 15th training summary meeting of the Middle Management Enhancement Program was successfully held from March 12 to 15, 2026. Integrating theoretical study, practical empowerment, team building, and outcome evaluation, the event featured a core lecture on "Goal Management and Efficient Execution," team building activities, learning outcome presentations, the appointment of probationary mentors, the "Words of Advice" training session, and a summary commendation ceremony. All participants engaged throughout the process with enthusiasm and a pragmatic attitude, honing their skills, building consensus, and promoting mutual growth through immersive learning and interaction.

Enhancing Quality and Efficiency through "Goal Management and Efficient Execution"

During the special lecture, Instructor Jing combined theoretical frameworks with real-world cases to deeply deconstruct the full-process methodology of goal setting, decomposition, implementation, and review. He systematically explained the core elements and practical techniques of efficient execution, guiding participants to break away from traditional management mindsets and establish a philosophy of "goal orientation and execution closure." Participants listened attentively and interacted actively, discussing management challenges and sharing practical experiences based on their specific roles. This exchange deepened their understanding of theoretical knowledge through the collision of ideas, laying a solid theoretical foundation for their future job performance.

Fostering Collaboration through Team Building

To further enhance communication and collaboration among participants and create a positive atmosphere of unity and progress, the training included a dedicated team building session. At the event, participants were randomly grouped and worked together on a series of fun yet challenging projects. They fully utilized team wisdom and the spirit of collaboration, dividing tasks clearly and cooperating with high synergy. These activities not only relieved work stress but also allowed participants to deeply appreciate the significance of "collaboration, responsibility, and efficient execution" in practice, further cohering team centripetal force and enhancing collective honor.

Validating Learning Outcomes through Presentations

To comprehensively test the learning outcomes of the third phase, the training organized a presentation session. Combining their prior learning with actual job contexts, participants delivered comprehensive reports on their learning gains, practical application ideas, and future work plans via PPTs and on-site explanations. Topics covered problem analysis and resolution, execution enhancement, and organizational behavior and management. The panel of judges provided precise commentary based on content, articulation, and logic, affirming the participants' achievements while offering targeted suggestions for improvement to help them refine their work approaches.

Empowering Growth through Mentor Appointment

To leverage the "passing on, helping, and leading" mechanism and help middle management students further improve their job competency, a mentor appointment ceremony was held. Zang Ligen, Dean of the Academy, delivered an opening speech, followed by the announcement of the mentor list. Appointment certificates were presented to the mentors. Zhang Jimin, representing the mentors, offered three pieces of advice: "Be a 'game changer,' not a 'megaphone'; be a 'coach,' not an 'absentee landlord'; be a 'practitioner,' not a 'talker'." He pledged to dedicate time to communicate with students and complete mentoring tasks to contribute to the cultivation of reserve cadres for Lizhong Group. The ceremony concluded with an oath taken by all students.

Inspiring Minds with "Words of Advice"

On the afternoon of March 14, the "Words of Advice" training session took place. Drawing on his profound theoretical knowledge and extensive management experience, Dean Zang Ligen used simple yet profound language to urge all participants to remain true to their original aspiration, remember their mission, hone their work style, and have the courage to take responsibility. He emphasized the importance of self-cultivation and broadening one's horizons, encouraging them to fulfill their responsibilities with firm belief and pragmatic action. The training was heartfelt and inspiring, injecting spiritual motivation into the participants and further solidifying their ideological foundation.

Commending Excellence and Looking Ahead

To recognize excellence and set an example, a commendation session for the third phase was held. Based on comprehensive evaluations, awards were given to the "Excellent Team," "Star Student," and "Learning Model." Leaders presented honors to the winners, fully affirming their active performance and outstanding results.

In the closing remarks, the Academy leadership reviewed the overall training of the third phase and affirmed its effectiveness. High expectations were set for the participants: adhere to the integration of learning and application; strengthen responsibility and play a bridging role; enhance team collaboration and synergy; and maintain a spirit of progress to become excellent middle-level cadres contributing to the group's high-quality development.

This 15th training session served as a systematic theoretical study, a practical capability exercise, and an ideological baptism. It is hoped that all participants will further strengthen their goal orientation and execution capabilities, transform what they have learned into concrete actions, and contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the Group with greater enthusiasm and a more pragmatic style.
